There are several ways to unsubscibe:

1. - The best method
Login with your username and password and then click on the Unsubscribe link. (This will remove you immediately from all future announcements.) Login here.

2. For cell phone subscribers: Reply "stop", "quit", or "remove" or to any message.

3. For email subscribers using web-based email (ex. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail): Forward the entire email to remove@MessageUpdate.com. (Instructions may be included in the email depending upon message options.)

4. For email subscribers using an email client (ex. Outlook, Mail, Entourage): There may be a remove link in the message depending on message options. Click on that link and then click the Send button in your email client.

5. For all subscribers: Send an email to remove@MessageUpdate.com providing the name of the organization, the email address, cellphone number or pager number (as applicable) to be removed along with your username (if you can remember) and your full name. This should be enough information to find the proper subscription for removal. Occasionally, it may be necessary to verify the correct user before removing a subscriber.

NOTE: All but option 1 are processed individually for accuracy. Please allow a few business days for processing.
