Username
º Each username is unique to each subscriber list. This does not have to be your name.
Email Address
º We will not sell your email address, cell phone/pager, or cell phone/pager service provider information for any reason.
º We will not share your email address, cell phone/pager number, or cell phone/pager service provider unless it is necessary for the function of this website.
º Your email address, cell phone/pager number, and cell phone/pager service provider will be stored in an online database along with your username.
º No other personal information will be stored.
Password
º Your password is encrypted and stored in an online database.
º Once a password is stored, it cannot be retrieved as entered during the subscription process (even by an Administrator or Web Master).
º If a password is forgotten, a new password must be obtained online.
º The new password will only be sent to the email address and/or cell phone/pager number associated with the username.*
Administrator and Web Master Privileges
º They can view your username and email address and cell phone/pager number.*
º They can view the group(s) you selected to recieve messages from.
º They can also ban a user from logging in or subscribing.
º They have the right to delete any user at anytime.
º They can subscribe users by assigning a username and password, and entering an email address and/or cell phone/pager number and cell phone/pager service provider.* (The user will be notified.)
* NOTE: All options are not available to all subscribers based on each organizations preferences and features purchased.
